Amazing hotel amazing amazing, besides the fact that the hotel is 5 stars in full, they also think about all the little things that are put in your room, the room itself with the private pool was exceptional, also the quality of the facilities in the room were at a very high level, an amazing stay experience that you can get Everything you want through the hotel's app. Amazing staff who are attentive and want to help with anything you want. Two things I must point out, but they did not harm the experience of the stay. The hotel is a bit far from restaurants and the center, but taxis are cheap so no problem. 2. The food at breakfast was delicious and very varied, but the restaurant itself for lunch/dinner did not meet 5 star standards at all, we will be disappointed with the food we ordered in the evening, so the second evening we ate at another restaurant. Other than that it was the best experience we had at the hotel. Thank you !!

Luxury hotel with luxurious prices, mostly luxury experience except at checkout. We came to Sinae on our honeymoon, while we majorly had a good time, we may not come back here again. The location is far off the main island as expected and takes well over 30-45 mins to reach places during peak hours. It is also not as easy to get a bolt or grab sometimes due to the location. We were greeted well by the check in staffs and generally have a positive opinion of the staff. The buggy drivers, Sek, beer, bas and one more guy were all very helpful, cheerful and extremely friendly. The security staffs at the ground were very polite and friendly, gave good recommendations of the town as well. The restaurant staffs were extremely warm and welcoming and every morning breakfast was a delight. They put on a great smile and treated us well. Very attentive and also very very polite. Might come just for the breakfast team. The spa felt luxurious, for the price we paid it should feel that. Staff were nice and accommodating. The hilltop Starbucks, IMO, very hyped out. Not much drink options, quite standard. Can skip. Or just come for the view and a picture if you stay in the property. Otherwise feels like a waste. Room service staff were nice and kind. The room cleaning staff were decent, nothing commendable. Not very clean though, toilets were not cleaned properly every day. Bed was made decent. Water bottles were given decent. Mini bar not changed everyday even though it was complimentary. Not all amenities were topped up. The pool got progress dirty and no one cleaned it. There were so many dead insects by the end of the trip. The tub was leaky as well. When we Checked in, we had told them it was a honeymoon and they had prepped an Octopus toy pillow and a hat. We were under the impression that it was meant for us as it was part of the deco. When we were checking out, we had kept the toy pillow in a bag, and our buggy driver even asked us to name it. As we were leaving, the room cleaning staff rudely called out to the buggy driver to check if we paid for it. This is where our nightmare starts. We then told them oh we thought it was free so we returned it anyway. As we were waiting at the checkout, they told us that the hat was missing. We told them it was kept in the cupboard as we did not use it. They insisted that it was not there. To avoid any conflicts and since we had to get to the airport, I said I’ll just pay for it. To be honest, the price of the hat wasn’t much, a meal or a drink at their restaurant costs triple. However it was the attitude of the check out staffs that was accusatory and unfriendly that caught us off guard. To anyone deciding to visit Sinae, you should. Be careful of the item they provide though as everything might be chargeable.

Arrived late at night, sinae was waiting with a buggy to the gorgeous villa 😍 Buffet brekky Was waiting the next morning 😍 omg food coma !! See photos, for villa location etc Staff great, benz a big shout out to you ! you are such a thoughtful,happy person You deserve a pay rise 😁 the restaurant was OMG!! BEAUTIFUL! 10/10 to the chef. Service - 10 Food - 10 Location - 10 The only thing I'd like to point out would be - 1: Put some anti slip around your pools 2: inform your guests on arrival about the app "handi go" you need to download for the buggy booking from and to your room, spa bookings, hotel info etc 3: the app informs you when it's raining, that the buggies are not operating, so it suggests to find your umbrella in your villa to find an alternative way to and from your room. Since this is a very very steep incline, it's not a good notification to read when your out on tours etc. Maybe the staff can offer an alternative way to transport guests to and from the room ? 4: the beaches out the front would be perfect if they were cleaned up Ie broken bottles and rubbish removed. 5: the resort is around 30 minutes away from attractions/other restaurants etc. Find a great regular taxi driver and its not to bad, as the sight seeing on the way is good. Complimentary beverages (adults) are supplied and refreshed each day Bottle of red wine also provided on arrival in the villa. The big yellow octopus with hat on the bed, and the straw bag I thought was Complimentary as well, but after asking staff, they were not free, but available to purchase. I loved this place !! I will be back !! Well done guys 😍😍😍

This hotel is amazing, very luxurious. The staff were absolutely wonderful and provided some of the best service I have ever received, if not the best (some names I can remember are Sun, Sek and Rayshid - apologies if I got the names wrong). The hotel has a personal feel to it, which is something you don't get with larger hotels. I wish we would have stayed longer. The restaurant has a very large menu (saw another review saying there weren't many options but it's absolutely massive?!) and the food was very good quality with Vegetarian/Vegan, Halal etc. sections. The breakfast buffet was also huge woth lots of variety. I would have liked better labelling of the breakfast buffet as it wasn't obvious what didn't contain animal products. I would have also liked to have had some options at breakfast which didn't contain animal products as there were noodles, rice etc. but all contained chicken or pork. I would definitely stay here again if in Phuket. Hotel is about 15 mins drive from Phuket town, we had a car so it wasn't an issue to drive there and you can easily get a taxi from outside the hotel. There isn't much in the immediate area.

Everything you need is here, staffers great, the buggy service is great and a very romantic place. I would not recommend the Starbucks at the top because they advertised drinks that you could not purchase as they do not do any more. That is my only negative about the place but the other stuff was fantastic and there en gave me a cake to celebrate my birthday which topped off my visit. I would recommend staying here but you do need a car because I think the Taxi service would be expensive, I had a vehicle to get around but you are a little away from the action but everything you need is here.
